• I was responsible for creating and iterating on digital product designs. I worked closely with the development team to create user-centered designs and contributed to the user research and marketing processes.
• Used UXcel as a research guide for the product, which is an Ed-Tech one.

• Designed and conducted user research using questionnaires & interviews and got user feedback.
• Documented the entire research process - its problem & solution statements, goals, target audience & participant criteria, scope, results, and key findings.
